This is a virtual event which will take place on zoom and broadcast live on all our social media platforms.

The Summit will bring together female leaders, visionaries, and entrepreneurs from across the globe to share groundbreaking strategies and resources that are vital to lead and thrive in challenging times.

It will be an opportunity to reflect on the progress and impact made by female leaders globally throughout these challenging times and inspire a new generation of female visionaries who are able to challenge the status quo and not only lead effectively, but also, thrive against all odds – paving the way for future generations of female and male leaders.

There will be keynotes, inspirational talks, and masterclasses which are all designed to empower delegates to thrive during this pandemic and beyond.

LORD MAYOR OF LIVERPOOL, COUNCILLOR ANNA ROTHERY

Councillor Anna Rothery is the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, England and was re-elected as Lord Mayor for an unprecedented second year serving from 2019 to May 2021.

Councillor Anna Rothery was elected to represent Princes Park Ward, Liverpool 8 in 2006 and went on to become Chair of Culture Tourism and Sport in 2010 – 2013. Made political history in 2012 as the first elected member from Liverpool to speak at the United Nations in Genève on Religious, Linguistic and Cultural difference.

She has worked for a number of major government initiatives including:

Granby Toxteth SRB (Single regeneration Budget);

HAZ (Health Action Zones) Health Related Business Start Ups;

Phoenix Fund SBS (Small Business Service) Innovations Factory as a Business Manager developing/generating small business ideas & social enterprises;

COMMENT (community ownership management mentoring education & training) and the Department for Works and Pensions for South Central Liverpool.

Regional manager for Migrant Workers North West with responsibilities for ensuring ground breaking research on the economic impact brought to the UK via migrant and new & emerging communities including projects on Migration works, Migration Works Prospectus, Best Practice for workers in the social care sector), the Migrant cap on mon EU Workers, and Employers Guide to minimum standards charter (a voluntary code of practice to employing migrant and European Workers).

As a Councillor she sits on Select Committees for Liverpool City Council including: Education & Skills Select Committee, Planning Committee, Overview & Scrutiny Select Committee (Co-Chair), Audit & Governance. Also as former Chair of Culture, Tourism and Sport Select Committee, Liverpool City Council.

Queen Naa Tsot­soo Soyoo I – Matron & Global Ambassador for Global Visionary Women Network

Queen Naa Tsotsoo Soyoo I is from the Ga tribe of Greater Accra Region of Ghana; specifically Ngleshie Alata Traditional Area. Her Traditional Title is ‘ Djaase Manye’ which literally means ‘King-Maker Queen’. She is a proud mother of two.

Apart from ruling a kingdom, Queen Naa Tsotsoo Soyoo I is also an Entrepreneur, an Advocate, Educator and Community Leader. Some of the key projects she is involved in include rescuing children and young people from abuse, and running the Ten Talents National Skill Based Learning Initiative.

She is the Patron of the Kanemo Community Library Project, a project that provides books to poor communities in Ghana, helping children to learn to read while educating adults and children alike on sexual abuse. She believes education is one of the most important things in life and has dedicated her time, experience and financial position to ensure those who are underprivileged, benefits from her knowledge.

Dr. Isaura Gonzalez is the Founder of Latina College Corner, Latinas In Action (LIA) and Co-Founder of Latinos Empowering Others (LEO), the creative force behind her behavior modification program for children, Gold Star Behavior and spearheads the #MadeforMoreMondays movement highlighting achievements of others.

Dr. Gonzalez is dedicated to empowering Latinas by teaching them to stand in their own power as they establish affluence and influence in their respective fields. Additionally, Dr Gonzalez created the first and only app for Latinas in business globally and set out to launch the first and only podcast on Latina Leadership in summer of 2016.

She was named by opencare.com as 2016 Top Psychology practice in Staten Island, NY. She has been a guest speaker on National Public Radio (NPR), AquiTV, featured on “Being Latino”, CareerBuilder.com, Cosmo For Latinas, Latina Business Style, and Global Woman magazine. She is Board Advisor to Potentia Labs and content writer for their Just in Time Emotions program. Dr. Gonzalez is a practicing Licensed Psychologist specializing in Clinical Psychology and a Board Certified Coach operating a very successful private practice in New York.

Dr. González holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a double minor in French and Sociology from Villanova University, a Master of Arts in General-Experimental Psychology, an M. A. and a Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology. She was a 2013 National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) Executive Leadership Program (ELP) fellow and is an alumna of the Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government Executive Education.

Currently, she is an Entrepreneur producing natural and wellness products in India and exporting abroad as well.

Also, she is a spiritual coach and conduct various workshops in India and overseas.

Dr Bertille Nganwa – Founder & CEO of Villa Verte MB and Pharmacist

Dr Bertille Nganwa graduated from the University of Pharmaceutical Sciences Ferrara, Italy, in March 2002.

After having worked as an assistant pharmacist in a pharmacy based in Cameroon for two years; she takes the orders of “pharmacist –Replacente” and became manager of another pharmacy in the city of Douala, Cameroon.

From 2006 until 2010 she worked in the pharmaceutical company where she was responsible for the pharmaceutical production of solutes to quality control and packaging of solid forms, capsules and tablets in large manufacturing units in Cameroon, until the sector was closed in 2010.
