HRH QUEEN NAA TSOTSOO SOYOO I 
Having won global recognition for her work, teachings, strategic leadership, business acumen and community engagement, Queen Naa has evolved her work into focusing on steering the next generation of Female Traditional and Conventional Leaders, building their capacity and introducing the concept of Strategic, dynamic, Diplomatic Leadership.

Queen Naa holds a degree in Law, Politics and International Studies, Diploma in Real Estate Management, Post-graduates in Real Estate and Project Management, Qualifications in Global Diplomacy, Citizenship & Rule of Law, Internal Displacement & Conflict Resolution and Human Rights in Open Societies.

Aside from her position as Matron of the Global Visionary Women Network, Queen Naa is the CEO of Fortune Global Business and Founder the Global Conference of Empowered Dynamic Women (GLOCED), Ten Talents Networks and The Soyoo Foundation. She sits on the panel of the UK’s Africa Diaspora Malaria Initiative (ADMI) and is the first female President of the National Council of Ghanaian Unions.

Queen Naa is mother to Princess Ewura-ama Dedei Adjorbo and Prince Nana Shikatse.

NATALIE REEVES BILLING, DL FRSA
Natalie Reeves Billing DL FRSA is a Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside, an award-winning author, literacy innovator, and creative community leader. Born in Toxteth and now based on the Wirral, Natalie is widely recognised for her vibrant storytelling, commitment to literacy, and her ability to connect communities through creativity.

With a background in the music industry as a professional performer and songwriter, Natalie naturally transitioned into storytelling, bringing a lyrical flair and distinctive dark humour to her writing. She creates imaginative, often spooky stories for children, while also writing poetry, contemporary fiction, and flash fiction for adult audiences. Her published works include multiple anthologies and collaborations with fellow poets, musicians, and scriptwriters.

Natalie is the founder of Builder Book, an initiative that empowers communities—especially young families, women, and underrepresented groups—to tell their own stories through words and illustrations. Through her Bubs Literacy Project, she works to improve literacy and creative engagement in vulnerable communities, a mission supported by the Lloyds Bank Social Entrepreneurs Programme.

Her titles include My Mummy is a Monster (part of the Monstrous Me series) and Carry Love. She is a friend of the Arvon Foundation, a student of the Golden Egg Academy, and an active participant in Writing on the Wall’s creative writing community.

As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a Governor of Everton Free School, Natalie continues to champion education, innovation, and accessibility in the arts. She also hosts and contributes to radio programming, regularly engaging audiences in conversations around storytelling, creativity, and community.

Natalie describes herself as a corporate and community connector—someone who builds meaningful networks and rallies people behind shared goals. Her work spans the worlds of literature, education, charity, and STEAM outreach, with a focus on encouraging others to find joy in creativity and to make their voices heard.

HE MRS. NEO JANE MASISI

FORMER FIRST LADY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BOTSWANA

A Chartered Management Accountant, humanitarian, and internationally respected advocate, Mrs. Masisi has dedicated her life to advancing women’s rights, youth empowerment, health, and social development across Africa and beyond.

Born in Botswana, she set out to pursue excellence in education and service to others. She is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA,UK) and in addition holds a Master in Business Administration from De Montfort University (UK). She later built a distinguished career in her home country within the private sector in different key sectors, ranging from mining to hospitality. Her quest for service at global level led her to the international civil service arena, joining the United Nations Secretariat (2004-2018) where she served in the USA, Ethiopia and Central African Republic.

In 2018, when her husband, H.E. Dr. Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, assumed office as President of Botswana, Mrs. Masisi embraced the role of First Lady (2018-2024) with vision, intention and commitment. She championed both national and international initiatives, in the areas of:

• Health: HIV/AIDS prevention, targeting youth including Adolescent Girls and Young Women
• Health: Mental Health to address youth and Drug use
• Women: focusing on Gender Based Violence
• Women: Women Economic Empowerment

Participation at International Fora

Mrs. Masisi has participated at international fora both as a Panelist and Guest Speaker; sharing her personal story; her service as First Lady and that of her country while advocating for gender equality and women empowerment.

Her leadership has served to break the mould of First Lady in her country where she used “her soft power, her voice and her presence” traversing the country, to directly impact communities in Botswana, thus leaving a lasting legacy.

Post her role as First Lady, Mrs. Masisi continues to give back to others, and has recently taken up Executive Coaching.

Beyond her official roles, Mrs. Masisi is a devoted wife to Dr. Mokgweetsi E.K. Masisi 5th President of Botswana, and mother to their only daughter. Her enduring legacy is one of resilience, dignity, and purposeful service, as it inspires women, youth, and leaders to believe in the power of self-efficacy, service and gender equality.

Dr. Sylvia Forchap-Likambi: Founder/Global Chair of The Global Visionary Women Network & Host of GWLS26

Dr Sylvia Forchap-Likambi is a visionary, multi-award-winning empowerment and transformation authority, transformational speaker, life coach and executive coach, and ten-time international best-selling author. She is the Founder and Global Chair of the Global Visionary Women Network, Founder and CEO of the award-winning Community Interest Company Behaviour Changed (Voice of Nations), and Global CEO and Consultant of Dr Sylvia Likambi International and its Health & Wellbeing Clinic.

Over the course of her work, Dr Sylvia has coached, empowered, and transformed millions of lives globally, supporting individuals, especially women, to overcome addiction, depression, limitation, and disempowering narratives, and to step into leadership, entrepreneurship, employment, and purposeful living. Born in Cameroon and educated in Cameroon, Italy, Australia, and the Uk, she holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a PhD, and has an extensive background in medical and leukaemia research, with publications in international peer-reviewed journals. She is also an ILM-certified executive and life coach. As a 10-time international bestselling author and transformational speaker, her work resonates across the world, inspiring individuals to embrace authenticity, leadership, and personal transformation

She grew up in Cameroon and later moved to Italy where she earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a PhD degree. She was awarded the Italian Ministry of Higher Education and Research scholarship for excellence, and the Australian- Europe Scholarships to accomplish a year’s collaboration with the University of Sydney (Nepean Hospital). At completion of her PhD in Australia and Italy, she worked as Postdoctoral Researcher in Italy and the UK; and became Honorary Research Associate with the Royal Liverpool University Hospital in 2008, and a member of The European Haematology Association in 2009.

In addition, she contributes as a skincare consultant and Research Director at Teyes Eye Skincare, a brand focused on innovative organic products, while also embracing her role as a dedicated mother and mentor to her accomplished children, young published authors and entrepreneurs.

Dr Sylvia is widely recognised for her service-led leadership, resilience, and unwavering commitment to restoring identity, dignity, and purpose. Her life and work are a testament to her belief that true leadership is rooted in service, and that transformation begins from within. The greatest testament of her authority is her life.

She has featured on several national and international Radio and TV stations, to speak on the theme of female empowerment, entrepreneurship, leadership, and other topics; and been guest/ keynote speaker to several audiences, ranging from community groups to universities nationally and globally.
